A man was arrested, accused of attacking an 11yo girl at the Allison Park Place Apartments in Tampa.
Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says 43yo Marius Mutu is caught on video pinning the girl down as she screams for someone to help her.
Mutu telling deputies someone had been throwing eggs at his apartment for the past week and when it happened that day, Mutu assumed the girl walking by was responsible.
The video also shows a man intervening, demanding Mutu to get off the child.
Sheriff Chad Chronister calling Mutu's behavior unacceptable and reprehensible. He's facing multiple charges.
